March 8th marks International Women’s Day, which gives us a chance to reflect on our goals to reach greater gender equality.
While 30% of the fintech workforce is female, only 17% of senior fintech roles are held by women. At DTransfer we aim to close that gap by hiring more women for tech positions and enabling our female team members to grow into management roles.
As research shows, the teams with women members outperformed those without women by 26%. It’s an impressive number! Although performance matters to us, the biggest aim is to create an equally inclusive opportunity for personal and professional growth within the company.
In anticipation of International Women’s Day we talked to our female managers in tech, operations and marketing about their work at DTransfer.
